Our aerial parties are 60 minutes of beginner-friendly fun, perfect for all ages! Starting with a 10-minute warm up, guests explore aerial silks, sling, trapeze, or lyra with guidance from professional instructors in a safe, supportive studio environment. The class ends with a 5-8 minute cool down and group pictures.

Pole parties at Refuge Aerial are 60 minutes of an Introduction to Pole. This party can be more fitness or dance-based by request! Led by certified instructors, guests learn beginner-friendly pole spins and transitions in an upbeat, inclusive setting.

Our aerial and pole combo parties offer the best of both worlds! Guests rotate between aerial and pole (45 minutes of each, 90-minute party total) for a dynamic, high-energy experience led by professional instructors. Perfect for groups looking for variety!
