Semester Enrollment Terms
Guaranteed Spot for the Semester: Booking this semester spot guarantees your child’s place in the class for the full duration of the semester.
Studio Right to Reschedule: Refuge Aerial reserves the right to reschedule or modify class times or dates as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor illness, facility issues).
Makeup Class Policy: Each student is eligible for one (1) makeup class per month (3 at most per semester if available), provided the studio is notified of the absence via email at hello@refugeaerial.com at least 8 hours before the scheduled class (24 hour notice preferred). Makeup classes will be coordinated based on availability of the student and scheduled classes. If none of the classes provided by the studio work for the student, the classes will be unfortunately lost.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refuge Aerial’s standard cancellation policy applies to all semester classes. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or withdrawal from the semester after registration.
Re-Enrollment: Enrollment in the current semester does not automatically carry over to the next semester. Families must re-register to secure a spot in future sessions.

Stay Informed: All families should remain subscribed to studio emails in order to receive class updates, studio announcements, and semester information. Emails will come from hello@refugeaerial.com (please save this so we don’t go to spam!)
